I have done a tremendous amount of professional smoking in my life, Have no doubt they yield a great product.
The owner is crabby and poor representative for customer service, she is self righteous and talks down to you , like you are a some city slicker with orvis clothes, even then, if you are in customer service oriented business, dont be condescending and talk down to people and be self righteous, you never know when you are talking to a industry professional or not,
Few tips, if you dont like people, hire front people that are cordial and love people. If you cant afford help, dont be a front person at any cost. If you are tired of people, hire people who love people, and are people oriented. Anybody can process fish, but being a front person requires skills. Also, if you think you are not a miserable crabby woman, PLEASE inform your face!

Really accommodating. Our guests from the mainland had caught fish on a Saturday morning. They brought them to High Tide that afternoon to have packaged for their afternoon flight on the Monday. High Tide are closed Sunday and Monday but they made special arrangements to have someone at the store Monday morning so our guests could pick the fish up. Many thanks!
Iv been dealing with hightide since i was a kid, always great service, now i use them with my sports fishing company to process my guests catch because i can count on good service for them to. Thier smoked products are unreal. They are crazy busy and for good reason!
