Order doordash today the guy was really good but I didn't get my full order the reason I ordered doordash was because I don't have car so I called them being like you guys forgot one of my orders I'm not happy They asked me if I can come down to get my meal THAT KFC FORGOT no that's why I ordered doordash. She was rude on the phone.... And no customer service..

Tried several times go get an order in for delivery. I phoned to ask if not delivering as site keeps hanging up .. was told by male on phone to try again and if that dosn't work I'd just have to come in and pick it up ... White spot was far more helpful. Is the problem with the 3rd party delivery service's web site ?

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with my order, making it an easy and enjoyable stop. It’s refreshing to see such dedicated staff who genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
