We were camping at Salmon Point RV Resort and decided to come here for dinner on our last night at the campground. The butternut squash ravioli was delicious. I told the staff that it took everything in me not to lick the plate! The ocean views were incredible and the interior of the restaurant was spotless and modern. We are so glad we went!
While some reviewers have mentioned not loving the ordering system, I actually found it very efficient. It’s a style you often see in larger cities, so it might just be new to some visitors. If you’re comfortable using a QR code and your phone, it’s a breeze. And if you’re not particularly phone-savvy, there are plenty of friendly staff happy to help. Our food arrived quickly and was excellent across the board.
The only thing I’d mention is that they are so popular it’s best to book your reservation a couple days in advance. We left it too late at had to catch a later reservation than desired.

Arrived at 7:30 pm on a Thursday evening and were turned away (as well as the party of 6 in front of us in line). We were told that they weren’t taking any more walk ins for the evening.
Did not make a welcome 1st impression, and both our party and the one in front of us agreed that we will not be returning.
They probably turned away at least $500 worth of business between the two parties. Speaking with numerous other locals after our experience, and it sounds like many other patrons have left the restaurant feeling the same way.
Save yourself the drive, and go somewhere else that doesn’t close as early and makes you feel like your business is appreciated. Shelter Point Distillery makes amazing cocktails and welcomes walk ins if you are looking for a drink in the area.

Absolutely would tell everybody to visit this restaurant. What a gem & a view to die for. The food was delicious & our server was lovely & very knowledgeable about the menu when we had some questions. As we were finishing dinner the chef/owner came over to ask us how everything was & he was delightful as well. We had a few very minor suggestions which he received very well. Overall I would recommend to anyone to go this place.

WOW! The views😱 Beautiful spot. Great owner. You can tell he grinds hard on the daily with how involved he is in all aspects & I commend that👏🏾 Their spicy calamari is the best I’ve ever had. It’s got a kick & real spice lovers will love it. Patio is perfect spot to sit with the kids as they play around with the rocks. I actually love their payment style. You scan the QR code, which tell the kitchen what table you are & u pay off the phone & food shows up at ur table. It’s actually pretty fast service. No sitting & waiting around for ur server to come so u can order another drink or pay ur bill in the end. It’s all done off the phone. I wish, more restaurants did this. I do wish the order screen would somehow save ur credit card info, so u don’t have to enter it each time. Minor inconvenience.
Food was luke warm but needed more than just more heat to justify the price. Service - a bot driven vending machine. Atmosphere, a factory cantine. Definately a first and last

After our experience I came back to check some reviews to see if my experience was comparable to anyone else’s and it seems it was. First of all the location is amazing and the restaurant itself is well maintained. I wasn’t aware of the ordering system- which was explained to us and we followed it. Like some of the other comments I’ve now read, I can see I am not alone in thinking tipping before you have even recieved your drinks or know how your service or food will be is not right. I can see some responses saying tipping is always optional but in the moment you just do it. Anyway, the whole experience was just a bit odd. No one served us, so it felt a bit disjointed. We were told we couldn’t sub pesto on our pizza even though we offered to pay an up charge and were happy to pay it, pesto was mentioned many times on the menu in other dishes but the kitchen refused. If a server was serving us that would be a question we’d have cleared up before paying and tipping and maybe chosen something else, but took the pizza as is after being refused the alteration. We got focacia. It was stale. The chicken parm was good. I enjoyed it and have no complaints about it. The butternut squash ravioli was okay, but the squash pieces on top of the pasta were rock hard: could barely cut them with a knife. I think because of the way it was we just kind of laughed it off and let the view make up for the shortcomings. Unfortunetly, we wouldn’t go back and it’s a real shame because this place has a lot of potential. The prices do not match the quality or the experience.

The food, the staff, the location and the building are absolutely fantastic!
The minor issue I had was the QR code to order anything. The kind servers would come and ask if we needed anything and then if so, asked us to scan the QR code. It seems a little silly.
Thankfully the food was yummy though!

The amazing food and cool ordering system remind me of places I saw in Europe. Chef Ryan suggested the chicken Parmesan – I wasn't going to choose it, but I did, and I was very glad! My wife ordered the artichoke gluten-free pasta. She said it was so good that we'll definitely be coming back.

One of the rare place on the Island you will find talented cuisine. Means something else than burgers and fish & chips. We got the Marguerita pizza and the seafood pasta; It tastes like it should, and perfect. We could taste the Italian touch of simple and efficient sauces and seasonings.
Good job and thank you.
Ho and by the way....an extraordinary ocean view, right on it.

The food is great and the setting is amazing. But I don't appreciate the cafeteria style service - I've been several times with various friends and everyone I know feels the same about the service. Would much rather have traditional ordering at the table.
