We ordered 2 burgers two fries and a 6 piece nuggets, not a very hard thing to get right, yet they forgot our nuggets and when we went back that called me a liar and then gave me my food then the younger blonde girl gave me me a huge attitude and told me “ don’t worry we counted you’r six nuggets don’t you worry” and smirked very poor service

The people working are usually very nice but unfortunately the food is just awful. Impossible to get coffee with the same amount of cream and sugar even tho I always ask for the same thing. It often comes out as a sugar syrup with coffee. I now ask for a black coffee with the cream and sugar on the side because I'm tired of going back in every time. The food is most often than not cold. Altogether, this location is crappy.

Visited this mcd around 3 times and was greeted well. I would like to mention their employee MARVIN ( i hope i spelled it right). This guy is amazing and he is always welcoming and helps me. I think he is far better and deserving than their pervious manager jay.
Was double charged for my order and when I immediately brought it to the workers attention I was told there was nothing she could do.

It's been a long while since I've been to this location. About 10 years ago, this place was known for its poor management. You would often see managers ream out their employees in front of customers and and when you couldn't you would hear them through the kitchen.
I was in town today and needed to grab something quick, so I popped in for about 10 minutes. Within that time, I watched a manager loose her head at an employee mopping the floors. I have no idea if her issue with him was legitimate or not but the way she handled it was not how a good manager would have solved the problem.
Unfortunately, (for them) I don't think I'll be back. I stopped going because of management 10 years ago, and the cancer is still there now. Feel bad for the employees they deserve better.

The food was the same as other franchises. However, the atmosphere was heavy, kids playground was closed without any clear explanation. The soda vendor was in a serving area, so you weren't able to refill your drinks. The Washroom was closed to the public. Ridiculously, the Christmas day was closed the whole day. However, the mobile app accepted orders! How ironic!
