- I ordered using the screen. - Employee behind the counter asks me: 'did you order the McMuffin with sausage'? - Well yes, of course.
This same event repeated with another customer. With him, while asking whether he ordered fries, she took the frying pan into her hand and was waving it so hard that a fry fell onto the floor.
Not bad per se, just very weird. Unfortunately, my McMuffin was severly burnt rendering it barely edible.

Food was cold, no ketchup, straws or napkins in the bag that I was charged for. This place going down hill fast. Last time I'll be at this establishment. Very disappointing!!!!!!!

Waited almost 10 minutes (approx 3:30)for someone to come to the counter to take my order. There were only 3 other customers in the place. Their service is usually much better. Ordered poutine and took it to the table. Tables were not clean. Food on tables and seats. Floors were dirty also. Curds were frozen. Sent it back and got a new order.... same thing....curds were frozen. They offered to replace it again. I wasn't waiting for it.

The food was good, hot and fresh. The negatives dirty seats and tables in the dining room and no refills on soft drinks. The service might have been seemed slow to some but it was worth the extra couple of minutes for hot fresh food.

Double jalapeño burger didn't have jalapeños lol. She made me another one with only like 3 on it. When I pointed it out she added more but rudely said here when she handed it ro me. And it was only a single. Didn't say you're welcome or anything. She seemed mad .not my fault you can't follow get your menu right! Also the cook stared at me as he remaded the burger. I knew he wasn't going to put many on. In the picture there is lots

Didn't give me a bag because "it's 30 cents". Didn't even give me the opportunity to pay for a bag before walking away. No rush. It's 8:40 pm. The food she gave me wasn't even wrapped fully it was spilling out of the wrapper. Have some sense.
