McDonald's drive thru location is down today, can't take credit or debit. Went to this location instead. Employer can't honour my app deal as they don't have a drive thru. Cost me $5 also employee didn't log in my app so I also lost my points. Explained this to employees they didn't care and instead agreed with me.

Spilled my coffee and they couldn't even give a refill, almost as if the customers don't matter.
Grand big mac....200% bun, slightly larger paper thin patties, 200% mess

Half way through ordering via the kiosk I was informed by another customer that the interac machine didn't work on said kiosk. There was no sign to warn me and the girl at the front counter did not warn me, or the customers who tried to use it after me, whom I had to inform. Not a huge deal, mildly annoying. However the junior chicken I recieved for lunch was dry and hard. With the consistency of beef jerky. As if it was in a hot tray all night. Oh and my mcdouble tastes like mustard and still has onions on it. they obviously tried to scrape it off after making it wrong.
