Ordered a sausage mcmuffin. Took about twelve minutes for it to be ready. Opened it up. Muffin was burnt black and hard. That's what took so long. Toasted to a crisp. Tragic.

Always been a great place to get some food at a great price. Although feed the family has sure changed over the years going from 25 to feed 4 people to one.
I ordered iced coffee and they gave it to me hot coffee. When I asked for this on drive-thru __she said I asked you BREWED coffee. I did not get chance to let her know that brewed coffee can be either hot or cold. she could say I have hot coffee rather than brewed coffee so I don’t get confused. Eventually , I parked my car and exchanged it with cold beverage.
