Staff were working extra hard on Halloween and I was in a bit of a rush waiting for my pizza. They kept a careful eye on the pizza oven and got it to me asap even though they were busy. I really appreciated that and hope they made great tips on Halloween night!

They use to have amazing Vegan cheese. The new cheese is sooooooo bad. Please go back to the old daiya cheese. They didn’t go out of business so not sure why you switched. Please go back!

I'll never order from this location or this franchise again. The owner was very rude when I made a complaint about the food and wouldn't give me a credit or my money back. So I called corporate and complained about what happened and they agreed to give me a credit. But now when I want to use the credit, they tell me that there is no credit under my name and won't help me. Sad as I've been a customer to Panago for years but now I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. I will never order from Panago ever again...

Do they serve pizza yes, is it the worst location in the franchise? Maybe. Pizzas regularly show up barely cut and with sparse toppings. The WP location is leagues ahead. Calling for a refund on my last experience, won't be returning.
I wish you would bring back 750ml San Pellegrino water.

Said there credit and debit machines don’t work in my area of town , Ran my credit card through over the phone and then told me it didn’t work , showed up on my account it went through! Terrible service will never order from this location
