Papa Murphy's Pizza

Called to place an order, I couldn't understand the man who answered. I told him I wanted a cooked pizza. He said he couldn't help. So I ordered pizza hut. ?‍♀️

It is Pappa Murphy's. If you have kids and need them fed fast after a day out it is great. I don't feel as guilty ordering with them compared to major chains.

Went to the Campbell River store yesterday. It's not the first time, but thought they deserve it so writing here.. Consistently great pizza with a huge variety. Can't go wrong with this place. We also buy take-n-bake pizza & grill it while camping...It's always fun. Must try !!

Went to order 2 medium pizzas tonight, a classic Italian, and the taco one. What we got was a plain cheese pizza (with no sauce), and the taco pizza also didn't have sauce on it. Just toppings. A regular cheese is around $13 and our classic Italian was about $18 like all the rest. We would have been less likely to complain if it wasn't just literally cheese and dough but there was nothing to it other then that. The taste wasn't horrible, but looking at reviews, now it makes sense. Unfortunately couldn't call to figure out if we could switch it to what we originally ordered due to it being half hour to closing, and my boyfriend didn't get home till 8 when it was closing time so that is unfortunate. Wish they put a bit more care into working there and attention.Might try and give it one more shot to see if it was a one time screw up. Here's to hoping. ??

Pizza wasn't worth the wait.Person on the phone told me they could make a pizza for me in 5 or 10 minutes. Ended up waiting 30 in the store. Disappointed in quality too

Food Quality, and service has seen a slide from 6-8 months ago. Last two times we ordered, our original crust came out as a thin crust, we called to confirm and we’re told that is the original crust. It’s unfortunate, their pizza quality to be best when compared to other chains in our town.

Love their pizza,Only thing I don't like is the way management runs the place, I've come into a few issues an yes 1 out of the 10 issues I had the owners made right while the others were ignored an that's fine can't always make customers happy yet when the complaints are serious enough that a report to the BBB could damage the integrity of the company its probably smart to not shrug the issue under a rug..Hint you're employees need better coaching or maybe shouldn't work there...
