Best donuts on the island! Enjoyed a burger there too and look forward to trying their other sandwiches. Don't miss out on this little out of the way place...you won't be disappointed. While in Courtney we tried there well known donut place...it doesn't even compare. They were like day olds compared to Perks. Perks is made fresh daily and are savory and sweet. Best donuts we've ever enjoyed!

Ugh… these are world class donuts made and sold here. The apple fritter is probably the best I've ever eaten. You play with your fried particles in the North American top league. Small note: The cinnamon roll was too dry and rather unspectacular compared to the donuts and fritters. Otherwise clear recommendation! I'll be back!
