I came in for lunch with my family. I had the vegetarian Pho and my hubby had vermicelli noodles. They were very accommodating with changing the vermicelli dish to vegetarian. We also had an order each of fresh and crispy spring rolls. We finished our food and felt satiated. We will dedinitely be coming back. As per the previous comment the tables are sticky but this is due to the varnish and cleaner reacting (not due to them not being clean)

We were very disappointed in our meals. Neither of us finished our dishes.
The pickled veggies were soft/limp and there weren't many of them. The tables were super sticky, as were the condiments. My husband ordered the pork vermicelli bowl, and the pork was like spam. He was pretty grossed out. The spring rolls didn't taste right either, more like Chinese egg rolls. Most Vietnamese restaurants we go to have nước chấm chay for those who can't have fish sauce, but it's not an option offered here. We typically go to Nhau but thought we'd try something different because they were so busy.
Response to the owner- the date was January 2nd. Order was a chicken vermicelli bowl with no fish sauce, and a pork.

Not my favorite food. I have an Irish brain and stomach. I party down, not up. I can't even drink coffee. Licorice tea is too stimulating for me. I needs me Irish greens. I needs me Irish potatoes! However I'm a vegetation and if I'm feeling really sick they make a , as Japanese Wayne from Japanese Wayne's World would say, cream of ong yong gai (onion family) mild soup. Or maybe take a lozenge if you can't afford to eat out. So yeah, I don't eat here very much because I prefer a Japanese miso soup usually. Higher in protein. The seating was a bit uncomfortable. But the lady waitressing was a real delight. Or as Snow White would say; Half a doll, therefore not a doll at all.
I love the vermicelli bowls however the last few times I've gone the portion has gotten smaller and smaller. I was quite disappointed to spend $20 on a dish to only receive a small handful of noodles and a few cucumbers sprinkled on as if they were running out, the takeout box used to be stuffed. I understand cutting meat to save costs, but skimping out on noodles and veggies is just disappointing. My partner and I really enjoy their food, I hope this comment is taken into consideration, I'd hate to stop eating here.

Food is always fresh and delicious. They have lots of options and every dish we’ve tried is excellent. We come here very often because we know it will always be good.
The staff and owners are also really friendly and kind - clear they care about making this a great restaurant.

Strange thing. Overcharged by an entire meal, (that is %50 plus tip = $35). Not knowing my partner had covered the bill, they charged me a third portion on my way out anyway …. Top it off, we were served COLD chicken, COLD rice, COLD vegetables, TINY fried wonton, strange water, GROSS coffee. The ‘nice old lady’ simply said ‘No.’ & refused to provide any sauce.
I felt cheated even before I paid for a third non-existent meal. It was a horrible experience, and the aftertaste is much worse.
Owner refuses to amend the crime. Sadly, here is your review.
