Watched an employee handle money with gloves on and proceed to touch food without changing them. Pretty filthy. Once I brought it to other employees attention, it seemed of little concern to them which shows the level of sanitation this place operates with.

This place is very unclean I heard from friends and family how they had pitas soggy and uncooked food husband went to order I did not he has a more of an iron stomach. Did see what appeared to be rat droppings in the restaurant so did my husband smelt bad as well would avoid especially with how the owner does act inappropriately around staff and people with his anger issues. This isn’t a friendly establishment and the reviews on it is pretty accurate my husband took two bites it was was cooked but the food looked really old the red onion had a sour off putting taste and the chicken was rubbery. Would not return nor my husband it’s not worth the risk nor the time with how poorly it is run with an owner with a temper worse than my 6 year old especially with him going after people on google reviews for giving a honest review.

Went here with my daughter and seamed like the person on the till had no idea what she was doing. Was not happy with the service. I had the app which even was supposed to give me 20% off on the order and I was frustrated and just wanted the food and to go. The food good but the service needs some work.

Overpriced and you have to beg for a decent amount of veggies inside. Was rushed by the young lady. Asked 3x for more toppings please. I won't be back. Paid $15 for what is equal to a 6 inch sub. The courtenay location is 5 stars. I go there often.

I was very reluctant to go here as I heard there was a rat found in the kitchen, but I went there as I did not believe the rumors. It is apparent that this place is filthy and the food is really bad, the service is awful. Stay clear!

4 staff ...not one of them smiled or had friendly service during my the time in there (interaction for a pita). I felt like an inconvenience. I will not be back. Maybe there was an underlying reason why they looked miserable. I went in happy and came out miserable too😊

I love this place, the gluten free wraps are sooooo good!
The ingredients are fresh and plentiful. The proteins perfectly prepared. The pita just as I love it. Service friendly and efficient. Facility is clean and bright with plenty of comfortable booths. Highly recommend!

Came in for a regular Greek salad, made it clear more than once. No not spicy, etc. Romaine lettuce had quite a bit of brown in it. Some olives were pretty squishy and soft.
Wondered why the woman walked away from our salad that only needed dressing. I said no immediately when I saw chicken coming at us. She put it in, I looked at the (head?) woman and said we didn’t want chicken. She was very clearly annoyed and said she could take it out. I said it was ok, we’d take it. We wanted more feta cheese and she made us pay for another spoon. Not very friendly.
Table wasn’t clean.
But the salad was really good considering, we would come back again.

I went to enjoy a nice dinner with friends as I am not from around here and I am allergic to tomatoes. I did infact state that I was allergic and then I found tomatoes in my food. I could not finish the rest of the pita pit (I was almost done it) and did not want another one but they insisted on making me another one instead of refunding me because according to the very rude lady at the counter “I did not state I was allergic to tomatoes” even though I told her co-worker that I was. I will not be returning to this pita pit EVER AGAIN as they clearly do not value their customers well being.
