My family and I arrived and requested a table for 7 (3 adults and 4 children). The hostess Katie was more concerned about bumping her foot on the hostess stand than she was with welcoming or seating us. We were told it would be a 10-15 min wait, I provided my phone number and requested a phone call. After 15 mins I went back inside and noticed that another group of 6 people who were in line behind us had been seated before us. Once I brought this to Katie's attention, there was no apology or effort to fix things. The waitress Lynette took over and arranged a table for us while apologizing on behalf of the restaurant.
In my opinion the hostess was rude, disorganized and disrespectful. Thanks for what you do Lynette!
