We stopped in here for dinner our first night in Campbell River and we were a little disappointed. It seemed like middle of the road pub fare for us. The inside is really nice and it's a nice location, but we wouldn't eat here again.
We had a group of 6 with reservations. We were seated immediately and service was great throughout the night. The food was good. I had the blubbery BBQ ribs. The portion size was good and the sauce was excellent.
Great atmosphere and service. But disappointed in the food. Ordered the steak teriyaki stir fry. Veggies were good and fresh but the meat was not that nice. Some grisly pieces. And the flavor was. Very bland. I had to add soy sauce and it still was disappointing.
