Lacking staff to offer service. One person to cover drive thru and actual coffee shop. Drive thru comes first. Not staff person on shift. Management and scheduling to accommodate customers.

This is a trendy / comfortable place to drop in for a coffee. I really like theory London fog and they have some baked good that are out of this world. Cannot go wrong with their Oat Fudge Bar soooo gooood. You can't go wrong stopping in here for a coffee / drink and a small bite to eat.

A very good average coffee shop ….comfy chairs ….average coffee ….string wifi …plug ins …. expensive food .
Trying to be Starbucks gets you an average rating cause I feel Starbucks is average . Need to excel at something.

Ordered an iced latte and it wasn’t that great. It was mediocre at best. Not really worth the price in my opinion. Staff were somewhat friendly, a little reserved.

Asked for something off the menu and was told that they don't serve what's on the menu anymore (?), everything in the case was covered in plastic. Asked for a grilled cheese and it came to me slightly warmed. Terrible service

The best muffin I’ve had in my 68 years on this planet: Morning Glory. Carrots, raisins, coconut = yummy!!

We’re within walking distance but don’t often go here because all or most of the baked goods are wrapped in plastic. This makes them damp and soggy. Please stop with the Saran wrap on everything. Baked goods need air.

So very slow. I don't think there has been a single time I haven't waited in the drive through for at least 10 minutes.
Employees seem apathetic, kind of annoyed with you.
Zero sense of urgency.

I used to frequent this coffee shop but recently the service has declined. They are frequently out of stock and are often unable to make the drinks offerred on their menu. They arent too serious about their coffee here. Doubt I will be going back. If you're looking for an alternative, try foggduckers, or pair-a-dice (yes they have a coffee shop in the hobby store and its really good). Seriously try fogdukkers or pair-a-dice.
