The product and packaging are top grade and I love giving it as gifts. There are many gift ideas to choose from and shipping is very reasonable.

Amazing staff, friendly and thry sell the best salmon. We visit here every time I am in Campbell River. Always go here to have our salmon processed.

Absolutely horrible service!! Called and got a quote to ship frozen fish. Was quoted $40 three times! 2 on the phone and one when dropping off the fish. Left our fish there and then got billed $218. Called multiple times. Campbell River office states they want to correct the issue and only charge me what was quoted. Nanaimo office REFUSES to even call me back! Now they have my fish AND my $218!!! Do not use this shady company!!! Ship your own fish for half the price! Horrible horrible customer service!!

Place has a good retail element and processes your catch well. However, the older lady there served us was slightly rude and dismissive. Like we interrupted her day. The younger lady was cheerful and very helpful and tried to compensate for the other staff'srudeness.(Note: identify gender solely as a means of identifying the staff members.

They do a great job processing and smoking your fish. You name it they'll do it. Delicious and worth the $

sent Sockeye in for canning and smoking early August. Still waiting for it. called twice. told today that it will be after the new year. totally unacceptable. I was told about 12 weeks when I dropped it off. would not recommend. Very concerned about the condition of my fish. not to mention the months without having it for use. ?

1st time shopper. HUGE selection of canned, frozen and smoked fish. Some canned fish are gift boxed and others are regular retail. All products I saw were wild BC products. The lady who helped me decide which was the best value for my situation was very friendly & knowledgeable. Thank you!

Walking in there yesterday I didn't know what to expect. Absolutely beautiful selection and wonderful staff. Thank you for helping me and being so friendly and kind.

Friendly service and very efficient. I've been getting them to can and smoke my salmon for me for years. I have never had a bad experience or batch. Their in-store products are very nice as well, but a bit spendy.

Walked in and was totally ignored while they kept their friendly conversation going, as far as customer service goes at least give eye contact if you can't say hi to someone....

If you are a fish lover then this is the place! Have not yet had anything that we did not enjoy!
