Messed up my drink order, putting topping on my drink that I can’t have and the sticker said no topping. Takes the drink scrapes the topping off and tells me to deal with it. Asked another staff and she said the Starbucks standard was to just scrape it off and they didn’t have to remake. I had to make them remake my drink because they can’t just force people with allergies to deal with their screw ups. Gives me the drink back and it has no peppermint syrup flavours in it and tastes like shit I had to just leave because I was so mad. It’s a $10 drink the least you can do is make it right and learn how to do your job properly not tell people to “deal with it” or that the Starbucks standard is lazy. They didn’t apologize nor did they offer and sort compensation for ruining my drink and giving me something I couldn’t even have.

I have always loved the ham and swiss on baguette but every time i order from this location the sandwich always feels, looks, tastes like its been sitting out all day. Baguette is really dry at least the top part of it is tough and stale, the bottom is almost soggy though. It always look like they dont care about anything. Just thrown together for quick sales. The coffee is usually great but the sandwiches need work. The cheese is half on and half off an ends up getting dried out and hard.

I wish there was more options for lactose free coffee other than oat/almond/coconut milk.
If you could bring back lactose free milk/creamo, or even better lactose free protein milk/creamo.
