Very slow and rude service. I waited 20 minutes to receive my 2 simple drinks, a latte and a cappuccino without any alterations. After 15 minutes when I asked about my drinks (thinking someone else may have taken them by mistake) the tall man rudely answered: “we are busy and your drinks will come, thank you for your patience” but it was said with a snappy attitude. I finally received my drinks after waiting 20 minutes from when I ordered them in person at the store, not including time in the lineup. They seem to prioritize the drive through over in person interactions.

Reliably good coffee however service can be really slow.They were very good on getting mobile orders completed but were slow moving on in-house orders and almost crawling at the drive-thru. They also forgot one of my items on an order but they were quick to correct.Nice atmosphere and easy to access location.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids in the store, coming in solo or with parents. Staff are friendly and approachable.Parking: Quite a few number of spots, sometimes interferes with drive-thru causing slight traffic.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible with more than one disabled-parking space.

Consistently lukewarm coffee at the drive through. Make sure you take a sip before you drive away. Specifically ask for food to not be warmed up and they ignore me every time. Used to be much better. Not sure what is going on there. If I asked they would probably find a way to blame it on COVID.
