The pastries are 3 stars, but I’m taking off another star for the poor service. The pastries were low quality in both appearance and taste. The staff acted as though they were doing a favor by packing sandwiches and baked goods to go, even though it’s not difficult. I live in Campbell River, and I won’t be returning.

I love this little bakery. I live in Courtney. At least once a month I need to drive up and have an apple fritter.
Have tried a lot of their other products as well from breads to cookies and they’re all marvellous
And with so many places now having little or no service, this place still has pleasant, courteous service on a consistent basis.

Their baked goods and and sandwiches are great. Customer service is greatly lacking though and make sure to double check your receipt they like to add a few dollars here and there
