Great place! Awesome service, they have a wall of loose tea and it is not in alphabetical order, so when a lovely staffer asked me if I needed help, I was very grateful. She was quick too. I ate a Blueberry Earl Grey cheesecake, and it was yummy. One thing though is it would be kind and helpful if they put arrows directing customers to the door that is actually the entrance. I almost left thinking they were closed. I didn't realize their store was so large, I tried 2 doors before finding the one that let you in🤭. It was my first time at this store so I didn't know.

Had the best cup of “French Press” coffee ☕️ yet! And thought perhaps a muffin too , well that was the BEST part, no butter needed, and brought right to the table with a Big Smile 😃 THANK YOU Stonehouse for Being Extra Special ☺️

Absolute best tea I've ever had! I'm still going through my tea that I bought last year, and I drink A LOT of tea. You don't need a lot to make the drink flavourful, so a little goes a long way. I only buy my loose leaf tea here :) David's tea who?? Stonehouse is the only tea I need 💕

Try the carrot cake it’s amazing. They have a great selection of teas and treats. My family loves this spot and the staff are incredibly friendly. Also a great spot if you need a gift for a tea lover. Lots of mugs, pots and specially blended teas!

I love this place. The carrot cake is AMAZING (both gluten and gluten free). They have a wonderful selection of other baked goods too and teas/other drinks..of course. The new renos give it a cozy feel and I enjoy browsing through all the different teas, mugs and tea pots. A must visit place when going to Campbell River.

Insanely good tea. I only get tea from here now on, and LOVE that you can order in bulk. Think David's Tea but more flavourful, less expensive, and even more concentrated, so less tea goes even further. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Very helpful staff! Great chai Latte! The only downside was that the tables were very close together, so we had had to get up several times so other customers could get out! Other than that, it was awesome! I'm definitely coming back!

When i ordered my Hawaiian bubble tea it was unfortunately missing a very crucial ingredient 🙏
When i order Hawaiian, i should expect the bare minimum of pineapple and ham unfortunately, there was a lack of ham in my in bublble tea 🙏
I am very disappointment and expect better next time... 🙏
