Ate here a few times over the course of a week, each time was great. Last time was a Saturday to order 3 subs and a gift card, fairly busy, staff was great. Friendly and efficient, they cleared the line without overly rushing. Earlier in the week, ordered ahead for dinner pick up, sandwich was ready and waiting, very clean location and friendly, efficient service, what's not to like about this location?

I usually order subway about once every 2 weeks and always go to this location . It might just be luck but I always get subway artist Alvin making my subs and he makes them amazing !! I know it's kind of hard to mess up since they make it right in front of you , but his subs are always extra delicious .

This store wont take calls over the phone anymore? you can only make orders in person or online. even if online doesn't have what you want. I Wanted something that wasn't online anymore but they can still be made as they have ham turkey and bacon, yet I was declined the service to get what I wanted. I thought at subway you were able to customize your own subs? Apparently now? this has now happened to me twice at this store, where they try to refuse making what I want! Please get better employees. This service is not okay!

Dude making my sandwich literally looks miserable and was slamming clumps of veggies on the sandwich and not the first time he has done this . Maybe it's time to find a new job if you hate yours that much. The woman workers are awesome tho every time I go there. I definitely won't go and spend my money there if this guy is working.
The most rudest service I've had. Was really short and had a temper when placing my veggies and putting my sandwich together. He wasn't putting much on my sandwich also. Didn't say, "hello" or have good manners. Will not be going back to this place either. Campbell river had become very poor in making every food place enjoyable. Either understaffed or over worked. But I don't even wanna stay here to eat.

I ordered through app with deal buy 1 and a pop and get second for $.99. Somehow I messed up using the app and received 1 sub. They refused to fix it because I just picked up the order even though I didn't leave the premises. WHAT??? I gave 2 star because they give enough ingredients on the order.
