I’ve been coming to this subway for the past few months, specifically this location. They always have the nicest staff, cleanest store and best sandwiches. Since I was pregnant with my 3rd baby I was regularly getting the meatball sub. I have seen Jay many times through out that time and every time I see him he is super friendly with a bright smile on his face. He has the best customer service I’ve seen in years, I highly recommend someone give this guy a raise or promotion. He has been a rockstar through every order I’ve had, he is efficient and nice. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at your store. I was told to leave 20 minutes before closing time, simply because an employee wanted to shut down early. I was quietly sitting and waiting while my girlfriend was using the washroom, and there was no disturbance or reason for us to be rushed out. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer service standards. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers aren’t treated the same way.

The subs are good at this location. Bread was fresh, toppings pretty good. But not the cleanest place. The sitting area is dirty, tables could use a good wipe, bathrooms also quite dirty. Get a sub to go.

Ate here a few times over the course of a week, each time was great. Last time was a Saturday to order 3 subs and a gift card, fairly busy, staff was great. Friendly and efficient, they cleared the line without overly rushing. Earlier in the week, ordered ahead for dinner pick up, sandwich was ready and waiting, very clean location and friendly, efficient service, what's not to like about this location?

I usually order subway about once every 2 weeks and always go to this location . It might just be luck but I always get subway artist Alvin making my subs and he makes them amazing !! I know it's kind of hard to mess up since they make it right in front of you , but his subs are always extra delicious .

This store wont take calls over the phone anymore? you can only make orders in person or online. even if online doesn't have what you want. I Wanted something that wasn't online anymore but they can still be made as they have ham turkey and bacon, yet I was declined the service to get what I wanted. I thought at subway you were able to customize your own subs? Apparently now? this has now happened to me twice at this store, where they try to refuse making what I want! Please get better employees. This service is not okay!
