I am extremely impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff. The downtown Tim Hortons has the fastest service, shows great patience with customers, and always gets the orders right.

The restaurant manager should ask all staff to speak in English and not in other languages. Saw a staff eating lettuce from the line where they pack everyone’s food in front of me. Disgusting!!!

2nd of September I ordered the veggie wrap but they put buffalo meat. I am vegetarian person I hate this tim Horton. Why they don't listen to customer as customer is must important now I don't like buy anything from this tim Horton.
