My partner got this new drink when he was out of town and talked about it a few times. “Best Tim Horton’s drink ever.” Ordered it today and it’s a disaster. Milks all separated and weird. Now I’m stuck on a drive with no coffee leaving this review.

Worst parking/drive-thru ever. I parked and walked in. It was super busy, but my coffees didn't take long.. Just be careful driving in and out..
I am extremely impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff. The downtown Tim Hortons has the fastest service, shows great patience with customers, and always gets the orders right.
I really appreciate the team’s energy and the managers are always willing to help in the kindest way. I always recommend this specific store to others!
