I'm giving up on this timmies. 1/7 vanilla oat lattes purchased recently actually had vanilla in them. Glad I was inside for 2 of them to get them corrected before leaving, others were drive thru and by the time you have a sip your in a different part of town.

Norman (Supervisor) was super rude while delivering the order. He was arguing without any reasons . When I asked to call manager he said I am the main person, and said there is no manager here right now and said very aggressively that you can come tomorrow to meet manager. I said I will complain about this rude behaviour and he said I don`t care. We are not happy with this kind of behavior of your crew. This kind of behavior is not acceptable to the customers

It's been a steady march to mediocrity since the chain sold to outside influences. Portions continue to shrink flavor profiles changed and it's not the same quality. Still enjoy the breakfast wrap and certain donuts.

Called ahead two large takeout orders. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was great and everything was ready for the set time. They even bagged everything for easy take out. Staff in store were very helpful and kind. 10/10 experience!!

Tim’s business model must be to have the most inefficient staff so it takes for ever to help a line of 3 customers while they have 5+ employees behind the counter. No one acknowledges you while you wait and when it’s finally your turn, the unfriendliness is palpable. I have to conclude the employees are not well treated by the company, low pay and bad benefits since all The stores seem to consistently ofer the same lousy experience. The doughnuts were pretty bad too, why are their apple fritters so doughy? And the curlers have the texture of a wet rag. Shocking this franchise is so popular
