I was there this morning Dec 13 2025,I ordered a sausage breakfast English muffin,I got bacon,the hash brown was cold dry and old,the 2 coffee I ordered were so full that I couldn't open the lid without a mess and that's what happened on my pants and car seat ,guess who will pay for the clean up,not Tim's that's for certain.the worst I have ever experienced at Tim's. You won't see me there anymore.

It sucks that every time I order a farmers wrap it’s completely dry, no sauce. But it sucks even more when I have to pay an extra 50 cents for “extra sauce” and it’s equally dry. Please stop taking my 50 cents for no good reason.

I arrived at 5:50 in the morning only to find that even though Google set the store opened and that there was a long line up at the drive-thru that was being served I was not allowed in the doors were not open so they were still locked

I visited the Tim Hortons on Dogwood in Courtenay on August 15 at 4:15 PM. The employee at the front counter, who seemed to be delegating to other staff, took my order for a dark roast coffee and 2 double toasted English muffin.

Colleagues said there was no dark roast. I watched this employee pour me regular coffee and run my muffins through the toaster only once, despite my request for double toasted. When I pointed it out, she handed me the order with a slight smirk.

It was disappointing and felt insulting to see my order prepared this way. Customer requests should be respected, and staff should maintain professionalism.

ordered the supreme stack and it was almost flat. in the picture its loaded. very misleading. when i complaint the cashle, who is very rude. she brought it to the cook and he didntbadd anything hutbmovef things around to try to make it look bigger while they laughed
