It's very disappointing to treat yourself to lunch only to get back to work to realize it's incorrect. Please stop adding things to the menu until staff are trained well enough to handle the basics. A simple 'off the menu item's shouldn't be given to a paying customer if it doesn't contain everything the customer paid for. No point in replying to my review for me to contact head office.....I won't.....no one will care and nothing will change. Crappy food at Tim Hortons might be the new normal. - another disappointed customer that won't return.

Came through the drive thru this morning and had to repeat my order 3 times because the cashier kept interrupting, and asking if that was everything. The service at the window was rushed, not a terrible thing to be quick but saying goodmorning and then have a nice day all in the same breath, felt like they were reading a script. I want to highlight the amazing service I received from Asia, a lovely girl who made my experience at Tim Hortons so much more than just grabbing a coffee. From the moment I walked in, she was very kind, and made me feel genuinely welcome. She wasn’t just focused on selling, but on providing a warm and personalized service. She even helped me connect with people from my country, which meant a lot to me. Her service was fast, gentle, and always with a smile. I go to this Tim Hortons every morning, and every morning I asked for two sweetener and every morning they either put sugar or don't put sweetener in it at all. How do you screw up my coffee everyday for 6 months? I'm finally angry enough to post something because I'm too mad to go in the store

Today I went through the drive-thru. The girl at the window( shift supervisor) is almost always pushy, rude and impatient. Today she never gave me my change. Yes, it was only $2.75, but it wasn't hers to take. I wonder what else she takes when the owners aren't looking.

The two free booths were filthy. The chicken noodle soup didn't even have 1 piece of chicken. The three-meat flatbread had half as much cheese as it should have, and the bacon was burnt to a crisp and the sausage bits were barely warm. One of the two washrooms was without toilet paper. The view is nice though.

Cheating their drive through time records and watering down their chili is bad service

The clock starts once you leave the order kiosk and stops once you leave the pickup window, so they consistently ask you to wait at the order kiosk to make it look like they have amazing service time. Oh please wait one minute, oh we just need to make sure we have that in the kitchen - every time! Meanwhile, other cars go past from the second order kiosk.

Just picked up two orders of chili and they are very soupy in consistency so hopefully this is just a one off - that hasn’t happened to me before.

They do make very good coffee consistently at this location. And there is a window bar that has a great ocean view.

Love how they makes me feel so welcome (sarcasm) by yelling ‘NEXT PLEASE’ at me while still juggling all the items just ordered. I get it, you’re busy, but rushing customers out the door doesn’t exactly scream good service. A little patience would go a long way! This happens everytime we go here. Also the coffee has gone super downhill
