Cheating their drive through time records and watering down their chili is bad service
The clock starts once you leave the order kiosk and stops once you leave the pickup window, so they consistently ask you to wait at the order kiosk to make it look like they have amazing service time. Oh please wait one minute, oh we just need to make sure we have that in the kitchen - every time! Meanwhile, other cars go past from the second order kiosk.
Just picked up two orders of chili and they are very soupy in consistency so hopefully this is just a one off - that hasn’t happened to me before.
They do make very good coffee consistently at this location. And there is a window bar that has a great ocean view.

Love how they makes me feel so welcome (sarcasm) by yelling ‘NEXT PLEASE’ at me while still juggling all the items just ordered. I get it, you’re busy, but rushing customers out the door doesn’t exactly scream good service. A little patience would go a long way! This happens everytime we go here. Also the coffee has gone super downhill

Drive thru is terrible unless youre the only vehicle to go through. They can't seem to figure out the 2 lane system. You end up waiting to order while they only answer the lane beside you....allowing 3 or more cars to go ahead of you.

Every time I come up island I come to this Tim’s, and each time it’s not worth it. The coffee, if they can even give you the right size, will be burnt. And your food, if they can even keep track of it and get it to you, will be cold. Not getting cold, is cold. Great place to go for a disappointing start of the day and a dry ass bagel

I really like & support their camp program, but that's about it. I had to stop going here because the last 3x time I went through the drive-through for food, there was a mistake on every meal order, It was either missing an item I paid for or given the wrong item, or completely burnt bagles. The last 2 coffee only orders I got were wrong. I just had enough. The location and dine in are nice enough, I highly recommend checking your order before leaving the drive-through.
Really long wait times in the drive through today where it's usually okay. But the people in the drive theough are going to check on things and forgetting to come back or taking a long time to come back.
