I don't normally leave reviews like this but ordered your takis chicken burger special today. It was disgusting. The fry bag was a quarter full with inedible fries with so much seasoning on them they hit the garbage. The pairing of chips... with chips in the burger and chips all over fries was so overwhelmingly salty I couldn't eat any of it. The burger was dry ...I was expecting a seasoned fried chicken breast not a handful of crushed chips mashed into a dry burger bun.
Wendy's is usualy great food but this special is not your brand or image. It was terrible beyond belief.
It's a Wendy's, nothing different from a thousand others.
Very very nice staff. The food was pretty good. The place was clean and they had a lot of choices for the drinks
I am from Nanaimo and I visit this place it was very good and Jofiya the team member was very polite and nice to me. Had a great experience! Great job.
Go there for lunch every now and then, just about every time I go to the drive through my order will be wrong, something as simple as no cheese on a burger and no ice in a drink shouldn’t be too much to ask for but this seems to be a repeat thing
Ordered Dave's single for takeout to take back to the hotel. Got back to the hotel. Got halfway through my burger and found a long black hair in my burger. Not impressed. I will be visiting them in the morning to see their manager posting it

I ordered a Dave's burger and when I went home to have it the burger was pink inside l was not very happy
WARNING: Payment “errors”. I tried to pay at the drive thru, made three attempts to pay and was told by staff each time that “the payment didn't go through” so paid cash for my meal. Checked afterwards to find that all three attempts were, in fact, payments made so paid for my meal a total of four times!!!!
I’m saying these were errors in the hope that it isn't a scam but wanted to give a heads up to others to watch your bank accounts as the Tim Hortons attached to this Wendy’s building did the same thing recently and weren’t very good about refunding even when presented with proof in writing.
If it happens again I’ll be reporting it to Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada as well as Wendy’s HQ. Prices are already too high without having to pay multiple times for same meal.

The service and greeting when walked in by Ben (cashier) in Campbell River was kind and beyond 5star. He was fun with our kids and couldn't get over the smile and warm energy! Outstanding Top service for Ben!

The food tasted like spoiled manager. There were no moose rides like the sign insinuated and worst of all the maple syrup machine was broken. Chili game is on point though.

Honestly, I have no idea why I even bothered giving this wendys another 2 chances. The quality of food is not the best anymore. The service is so so BAD as well. This Wendy’s will never be as good as it used to be.
