Put expired chicken in sandwich. When complained about the issue, was never returned the money. Veggies also look old and dried up in containers, especially lettuce. I doubt the ingredients are changed frequently. Almost got food poisoning, thanks.

Why do we need 20 different subway stores in the kootenays? It's like a virus out of control.

I have to agree with the negative reviews of this location. Came through town on the way to Vancouver from Cranbrook looking for a quick bite, was definitely disappointed. The bread was too stale to eat even after toasting. Ended up throwing away both (fortunately only 6") sandwiches with less than two bites taken. Spent the night in the bathroom once we arrived at our hotel in Vancouver. Not a mask in sight on any employee.

My friend and I both got food poisoning here and became violently ill, enough said.

Very good. I believe that maybe they should have 2 people working up front instead of just 1. Quite a big lineup

Half my sandwich nearly fell apart as the bottom of the bread had a massive tear in it, & the worker dropped my sandwich into the lettuce bin. As my sandwich was being made a worker who I can only assume was the manager or assistant manager entered the store with no mask on, proceeded over to the till with no mask to do something, then stood around with no mask on before leaving to do something else, felt very uncomfortable. If you're looking for subway, go to the other location in town up by the 7/11, across from the Canadian tire.

Tomato bin had mold in it, told them and they didn’t care. Ice machine didn’t work. Pop is warm out of machine. Bread tastes old.

If I could give zero stars I would as I find 1 star for this location is far too much!! I went into this subway with my girlfriend for lunch. Asked for a steak sandwich and the guy and girl working in there couldn't understand what we were saying. Barely put anything on our sandwiches. Then never put mine in a bag and no napkins....I had to ask for napkins then had to use my girlfriends bag to package mine which was completely inconvenient as we were about to go different ways. I will never ever ever visit this subway again!!!
