Our server (the blonde waitress) was terrible. She didn’t bring us any cutlery or condiments. We had to ask for them after our food came, stopping her before walking away. Didn’t even bother to check if we needed anything. and we waiting almost five minutes before she brought any of them. She didn’t check on us at all to see if we needed anything. She gave us an eye roll when we asked for waters. Horrible service. The other brown hair server was super nice & smiled at us, bringing us stuff before her colleague.

Food was good but a simple breakfast order took over an hour for them to make. Almost like they forgot about us.... And then the quick tipping option started at 18%...

Overall pretty good. Certainly most things are from a can or box unfortunately. Staff was friendly, and was a nice environment.

Would give the food a - star, Restaurant was full of flies! Ordered Clam Chowder expecting a bowl of HOMEMADE soup but got Campbell's canned soup instead! Was told the " Cook " did not know how to make Clam Chowder! Also ordered Western Scrambler to much cheese and to many potatoes. Think it is time for a new cook! Paid $42 never again !

Great breakfast as always. We travel from grand forks to come here for the bacon!!! The bacon is the best in the kootney Boundary. They always have safe gluten free options. Gluten free safe French Fries is a bonus because I get tired of not being able to have French fries any where i go, and always having to order a salad. The French fries were cooked to perfection. Eggs were cooked perfect as well.

There were four tables when my daughter and I came in.
It took us 20 minutes to get out drinks we ordered (coffee and a hot chocolate).
In this time, we saw first hand the server turn away 5 groups of customers including 2 police officers, because it was "too busy, and the wait would be 45 minutes".
We watched as the customers being turned away looked around with confusion. Dont ask how long it took us to get our meal. There were 2 cooks in the kitchen.

It's small, but our group of 7 was able to sit down immediately on Canada Day for breakfast. The service was great and friendly too!
