Just another Tim horrendous. Ordered a BLT to bring to lunch. The bread tasted as old and stiff as Mr. Horten himself. Lettuce was brown and wilted. But I guess this is just what we expect from this franchise these days. But hey…..coffee was hot!

Visited the Tim Hortons in Castlegar yesterday morning with my family around 10 AM through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The staff came across as quite rude, especially when we asked for basic cutlery like spoons. The attitude felt unnecessary—almost as if we were asking for a favor instead of something that should come with the meal.
We ordered the chicken habanero bowls and coffee, and the food did not taste anywhere near as good as what I’ve had at other Tim Hortons locations. Overall quality and service were below expectations.
I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but this particular visit was not great. Sharing this so others are aware and hopefully the management can improve service and consistency.

This was honestly one of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I’ve had. The food quality was extremely poor—items tasted stale and poorly prepared, as if no care was taken at all. For a place known for consistency, this was a big disappointment.
The service was even worse. Staff seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and slow, with no basic courtesy or effort to help customers. Orders took far too long, and when they finally arrived, they were incorrect.
The atmosphere was unpleasant and unwelcoming. The restaurant felt dirty, disorganized, and poorly maintained. Instead of a comfortable coffee stop, it felt rushed and chaotic, making it impossible to enjoy being there.
Overall, terrible food, terrible service, and a terrible atmosphere. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will not be returning.

JUDY IS THE BEST! My favourite drive through lady! It's a Timmies. What do you expect. Sucks when the latte machine breaks down or when they run out of food. The bread at Timmies sucks and that's not location specific. The soup is so full of sodium your BP will rise 20 points, the donuts selection is usually meh? And timbits have been crappy since they got rid of the powder jam filled ones.
Iced capps are still awesome, the steeped tea is the best, and hey, pumpkin spice lattes and muffins in season are amazing!
