Good food, didn't like the gravy. Service is fast and super friendly even though I went in just before closing. Definitely return to try other food.
Nice spot to grab some lunch on the way to our destination. Food was yummy and came quickly. Our server was friendly and attentive, checking on us multiple times. Definitely recommend if you like a good diner spot
Absolutely fantastic little diner. We needed lunch while we had a flat tire fixed next door. Being celiac I am always cautious and careful eating out but this place did not disappoint. The big breakfast sandwich came with 2 delicious egg sandwiches on gluten free bread- it was so good. Great service, delicious food, clean premises, we’d give it a 10/10.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Stop here for a great meal.
Tried the liver and it was really good. Onion rings were amazing. Would come here again if we pass by chase.
They served me soup with burnt bits floating in it.
This was the 3rd and last time I will ever darken their door.
Terrible food and sub par service.
The Railside Restaurant offered us a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was great, and the food was delicious, with both the “Dan-wich” and mushroom soup being highlights of our meal. We enjoyed a great breakfast there. Overall, it was a fantastic visit.
Thank you so much for making my mothers day wonderful. Even though we waited a bit longer for our lunch, you gals along with your kitchen, brought us a mouthwatering meal. You never stopped communicating even though you were all running off your feet. We enjoyed our visit and my grandson loved the white fishy with the spiky head. Keep up the amazing job. We will be back 🌹❤️
Sat there for 75 minutes waiting for food. I even had the foresight to make reservations clearly that didn’t help or was needed.

My wife and I stopped in today for lunch. I had the Railside burger and my wife had a clubhouse. I must say most delicious! And thank you Krista with a K 😎. Much appreciated
Fantastic food and very friendly staff. Best fish and chips we’ve had in years and my husband loved your Greek burger! Huge portions, brought half home!
I recently had dinner at The Railside Restaurant, and it was such a wonderful experience! I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger and fish and chips, both of which were delicious. Our server, Krista, was incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this charming little place in Chase for a memorable meal!
After hearing amazing things about the food and staff from a lot of people, we decided to make a drive to Chase from Kamloops, order dinner for takeout and eat at Memorial Park. The staff were super friendly & welcoming and dinner only took 15 minutes till ready! Our order of a Jalapeño popper appy, Battered mushrooms appy, the Greek Burger, and a 2 piece fish and chips were DELICIOUS (and be aware we are picky foodies!) Big hot portions, very generous dips and condiments (tzatziki was excellent), cutlery, and lots of napkins and the food in labelled containers which we appreciated. My husband really enjoyed the unique Greek burger on pita bread with tzatziki, feta and crisp veggies. The fish was large, thick, bright white and had an excellent crispy light beer batter. Fresh cut fries were awesome and coleslaw was crunchy and fresh. Appys were good…nice and crunchy and “more-ish”. I brought home half my meal for lunch tomorrow!
We eat out often and have become very disillusioned with most of the restaurants in BC’s interior. The Railside did not disappoint in the slightest and is now on our favourites list. Great food, great staff. Well worth the 45 min scenic drive from Kamloops. HIGHLY recommended! 😁

went for sunday slow cooked roast beef. I expected a slow cooked roast to literally be able to cut with a fork but no, the beef was tough - it was carved with the grain instead of across the grain - veggies were good variety but had been sitting in a tray for long time and very soggy, chef special potatoes were nothing special. We started with battered mushrooms which were supposed to come with our choice of dipping sauce - no choice offered but we did get ranch which was okay. on a plus side the yorkshires and the gravy were both very good. very noisy table of 10 or so at the other end of the restaurant was extremely distracting and they should have been asked to keep it down a bit in respect for other patrons. portions were huge , actually too large to fully enjoy the meal but maybe that's what is wanted in the area.
