One of the best places to eat on the shuswap. Absolutely LOVE the seaweed salad, kani kani, and japchae!
Excellent food, quality top notch! But the service is not the best, which is too bad cause the food is wonderful!
We’ve been there a number of times and never get asked how the food is or did we get everything we need. Basically once they drop the food off you don’t see them again until you are done.
Also not just us, heard this a few times now.

U-Thi Sushi & Grill offers a pleasant dining experience with friendly staff and good food. Takeout options are also available, and staff will even deliver to vehicles. The menu features options like vegetable soba, tuna rolls, and vegetarian rolls with unique toppings, alongside a nice variety of special sushi rolls. The teriyaki Bento box is a popular choice, although portion sizes may be smaller than expected. Customers have praised the food as creative and delicious, making U-Thi Sushi one of the best sushi places in the BC Interior. The poutine extreme and Korean dishes are also highlights. While the restaurant's atmosphere could be improved, the cleanliness and service are exceptional. Overall, U-Thi Sushi & Grill is a great spot for a meal out and is well known throughout the Shuswap area as the best.
