Best sushi in the BC Interior. We patronize as often as we can and would go more often if we lived in the area. Today was take-out sushi rolls, and they were amazing! U-Thi Sushi is well known throughout the Shuswap area as the best.

The best sushi I've ever had. It doesn't stop there though there are many other must try dishes such as the monkey brain, the bento boxes, and even the chicken fingers are turned into a culinary experience!! Do yourself a favor and check U-Thi out!! Wonderful family that runs it as well. The place is spotless.
