Peak Vietnamese. The cha giao (deep fried spring rolls) are clearly hand made and cooked to a perfect deep golden brown. They have a good crunch without overcooking the mix inside. We visited Chemainus while on vacation and were blown away by their incredible food! Their Curry Chay (V5) was so delicious. Great food at good prices. Definitely visit them if you like Vietnamese food!
