Got the brisket poutine, spinach dip with bread , and a southwest salad for a pickup order and when I picked it up I checked to make sure order was correct and found that it was cold like it had been sitting for quite a while (only took me 5 min to pick it up once I got the notification), on top of that the waitress was quite rude, felt like I was inconveniencing them but getting a to go order, and the brisket looks like it came from a pack of sandwich meat from a grocery store and the small amount of gravey was gelatinous and come out of the container in three lumps.

had to wait over a half an hour past the expected time, nearly an hour since it was ordered. Never had to pay more than 20 dollars after tax for this pizza yet tonight it’s 23 dollars perhaps due to an unmentioned price increase or something. Pizza came out overcooked and partially burnt. Cuts didn’t go through and all the toppings stay together while the limp wet inner dough is the only part that comes off. Staff failed to realize I hadn’t prepayed and I could have walked out with a free pizza, instead I was honest, and got pooched for it by said possibly increased price. Sounded like there was some level of issue in the back kitchen going on and some yelling, Front staff was very polite and communicated on telling me it would take a bit longer every 5-10 minutes and was asked by half or more of the servers if I’d been helped yet due to waiting that long as other customers came and went. Toppings on the pizza look like they were transplanted from a 2 inch smaller pizza as there’s a dry oily ring between the minimal toppings and the partially burnt crust. Manager said ‘see you next time’ with a big ol’ smile but after this and previously poor experiences that’s becoming less of a good idea, hope this steady decrease in quality doesn’t continue used to love this restaurant.

I used to come here all the time and it's been a couple years. I always loved the pizzas. Today I ordered Margherita and got this thing with barely any sauce and sad little clippings of basil. I'm really disappointed because this was supposed to be a treat.

The pizza we ordered was very wet. No structure. Yet the crust was dry, chewy, and took up half the area. We got chicken wings which were good, but no sauce or veggies with it. Drinks were good. Service was OK, but they were acting like they were slammed when there were a lot of empty tables. Overall, I think I have food poisoning and I will not be returning despite the good service.

Went with a group 2 out of 13 meals FORGOTTEN, no drink refills, had to get our own waters. Gross sticky floor, broken chairs.... not worth the price! Food was "ok" nothing worth going back for. Made for a terrible birthday dinner.

worst services I have ever seen We got sat there was 7 other tables so it was not busy. We order our drinks took 45 min to get. Then we order our food The table that was sat next to us 15 min later had drinks and food before we even got our drinks. 30 min after ordering our appies. The waitress comes back and says we are out of them. Stay away unless you have two days to eat. Will never go back. Better service the sandwich counter at Canco.

Checked there late night for dinner and this is the only place in Chemanius open that time of the day. Tried pan seared cod and ended up getting what you see in the picture. I'll admit it wasn't the best meal I have ordered in a restaurant for a while. This is not a complaint but matter of taste.

We had a large group attend, so we had a set reduced menu.

Taking orders were ok, but took very long from drinks and food to be served. We were surprised even the drinks took long as many would had ordered more drinks while waiting for food.

When food was served, the food was very good. As for group size, we had about 35 ppl, but we were only main group there, was only 1-2 tables of group of 2-4 that were finishing up so was disappointed of how disorganized the service was.

Not good. Sat for 20 mins before I even got a water from the 3rd person I asked...Which was the hostess. My Partner's Burger and fries were stone cold and the pizza was a soggy wet mess. Ordered a dip that was forgotten then brought out half way through, then they brought another one when we were finished. I saw more organization at the Stanley Cup riots
