Used to order on the app when short on time and heading to Chemainus. Subs were always ready on time but made with a little less ‘enthusiasm’ than if it was made right in front of you. The last time I tried this the app froze and never completed my order, at least not the food part. Showed up and had the sub made in person instead and made sure to ask if the order went through, it hadn’t. A week later I get order confirmation and a charge on my credit card. Calling the store I was told there was nothing they can do over the phone, even with the order number, etc. so I made an inquiry through the website. A week later I get a response asking for information about the order from TJ Grewal, the owner. I promptly responded with exactly what was requested only to be ghosted. 2 more emails asking where we’re at, no response. I sure hope my $12.29 was worth it, I won’t be giving this location any more business.

My husband and I exclusively come to chemainus subway as they always do such an amazing job. We frequently have the same gentleman who always makes our sandwiches perfectly every time! Chemainus Subway is the place to go for friendly service and exceptional sandwiches.
