I love Franks!! The staff are friendly, they have a great selection, and don't cry when you just use the washroom. That highway needs Franks! Keep up the good stuff :-)

great customer service. My family and I were up camping during the fires, and did not manage to take any type of warm clothing. Lacey , the lovely young lady at the general store, took time, a half hour before closing, to go out into the gift store behind the general store, and find the sizes of hoodies we needed, as they were not in the store. She was patient and friendly with us gathering up groceries, in no way making us feel rushed or that she was in a hurry, despite her closing time being very close. Lacey was fantastic

Wow! I'm blown away by this home style grill in the middle of nowhere aka Cherryville. Customer service was fantastic and my burger was savory down to the last bite. I highly recommend you stop at Frank's Grill whatever your destination is on highway 6.

Was hiking in the Monashees for three days and on the way back home stopped in at Frank's with a desperate need for normal food. I ordered a hamburger from the restaurant. The lady who took my order (and probably made the burger) was very friendly and gracious. The burger was one of the best burgers I've had in YEARS! Thank you Frank's for delightful service and an incredible burger. Anytime I'm out that way again I'll be having another burger!

Terrible service at the restaurant! Friday was told 30 minute wait for fries when it wasnt even busy then they missed my husbands burger in the order. Sunday called order in 15 minutes ahead of time so no wait for fries, got there, not busy and hadn't started order. Got perogies still half frozen, cold and no cheese. not impressed. will not be ordering from the restaurant.
