Poor review all because of one staff member.She's so rude. We don't enjoy going to our local A&W anymore if she's working.This began after I made a complaint of her staff friend..thats another story and probably where this one learnt her rude skills from because this person used to be very friendly just as the rest of the staff.She now will toss the bag at us with hardly a nice look on her face. She also makes a point to speak loudly in her language to other staff while I'm waiting in line. One time I swear she said something not very nice about me when I pulled up. The other lady responded back in their language and turned and gave me a condescending glare. Another time the other staff chuckled. Yeah, not cool.I was born in this town, and my family and I are (were) regulars to our a&w since it came here years ago, so I do not appreciate this treatment. Therefore this review.

Being the closest source of burgers now that I live in a remote town.They get hammerd for a good reason, it's done right..I recommend coming here if your going through chetwynd.Grab some buddy burgers for work lunches ?

They have the best breaky I've had from a fast food restaurant in a longtime. I would go back food was good & hot. The only thing I did not like was that they do not have ice which is weird never heard of that.. so none of my drinks were that cold.

Won't eat at any other A&W, due to food quality alone. It was the last A&W restaurant to get rid of the Whistle Dog! 4 Stars only because I miss the ice cream(dairy free).
Parking: Large open concept parking lot on highway access road.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramped sidewalk and push button doors.

Family member of wildfire evacuee of Tumbler Ridge was not treated well. After ordering the food then show the voucher as their payment the lady pass the paper to the other worker and laugh sarcastically behind, family member felt insulted by the way she acted towards them. Now, they don't like to go back anymore and bought their own food to the other restaurant. But advised them go back to evacuation center to get some help and tell them what happened.Come on! Some worker needs an update of what CUSTOMER SERVICEis especially in the event like that.
