Haven't been a fan of the food quality at all, (except the chili) the processed ingredients are really not good at all
This mornings staff were incredibly arrogant with the order taking to the final delivery, it seems these people don't believe in looking at you as they hand you your order, from the bag of sandwiches to the drinks, (hot coffee), both the servers man and women thought they could continue there conversation with each other without the standard courteous gretting at the window one would expect. They know who they are because I let them all know as they were all standing listening to my verbal ethic and morel review at the window on the second pass of goods to me. If you all think your here to ignore what's right, go back and take some people skills training, very disappointed people

I have had only 1 time where they actually got our order right and it was 2 muffins and a donut that I had to clarify a few times what I wanted (2 pumpkin spice muffins and an old fashion plain donut) when we go through the drive through we get asked to speak louder and then when we do they give us grief about yelling (no yelling just speaking loud per request) every.single.time I have ordered food its been wrong but of course I am on the highway when I eat it so not going back to get it corrected. Coffee is so inconsistent and not that good (I know its Tim's so my expectations are low but still its bad)
They don't know how to scan the Tim's app, barely even say hello to you and aren't friendly. I go here because its the only one in the area and no McDonalds for real coffee.
I miss when they were Canadian and actually cared about their product and customers. And understood what I say when I am ordering and speak english when at the window instead of other languages to their coworkers while I am right there and they are ignoring me. Disappointing what Tim's has come to.
don't say you are so sorry and ask me to fill out a form as you tell everyone else, its ingenuine and I already have

Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru before ordering a bagel sandwich. I asked for a sesame seed bagel but they didn't have them, so I was asked if an everything bagel would be okay. I replied that it would not be, as I have a medical condition that prevents me from eating seeds, and I asked if they have a plain bagel. They replied they do. Want to guess what I realized they gave me after I drove away? Yep, an everything bagel.

My server was Ann, and she was one of the sweetest and most helpful Tim Hortons employees I have ever had. She delivered our items to us at the table we were sitting at waiting for our order (a large one), without us asking, had good conversation and was an all-round pleasure to deal with.
