Tired of the staff not listening to instructions for "special order" and almost every day having to watch them or they will do whatever is easiest for them! And oh, and they look quite miserable when asked to do it or if I say no, not like that. It's almost like if they muck it up enough, I'll just stop asking!? Is it corporate instruction to make inside customers wait till a lull in drive through 70 to 80% incorrect especially the sandwich!
