For Christmas breakfast (Dec.24 2025) our retail business ordered from A&W. We have done this for two years now and we have had a great experience both years! The service was excellent-The ladies here were so helpfully! The food was hot and fresh! Everyone enjoyed their breakfast. It was a great way to kick off the Christmas holidays!

Lauren!! This is for you!
We've been coming periodically for quite a few years and have seen the change that the in house staff have been able to create. The environment is very warm and welcoming and tonight's experience was definitely the best!
We went throught he drive thru and had the most pleasant experience of my life. This service came from the sweetest girl named Lauren. The conversation was curious and polite, always reassuring and creating quite a welcoming experience. I compare most people to my own customer service skills, and quite frankly this girl needs to be waitressing or finding somewhere to create a large revenue of tips! Her customer service skills are impeccable and I hope the downtown core doesn't ever impact her service skills; it can be tough some days
Not only was she verbally welcoming, but she was very generous with her capabilities to give. Offering extra Chipotle mayo for my onion rings (Thanks again!) and going the extra mile to add some of the root beer lollipops! (Which was ironic because I was JUST talking about them with my husband and expressed how badly I missed having them.)
I really can't not express how badly this girl needs to be promoted, if she's not already up there! Lots of great things are bound to happen with Lauren around!

Management was so rude they told me that the amount of stuff that I bought was not enough to use the washroom. That I had to buy an actual meal and then told me like a teen bu meal team burger combo or something like Rap for me be able to use the washroom and be considered a painzz customer..

Our onion rings were horrible, worst we have ever gotten from an and W yet. So sad. Then got a return of 1.02 for each order of onion rings. That’s worse then a slap in the face, giving the fast food chains the power and leave us customers with garbage that we pay for!!!!
