I'm not one to leave negative complaints however we waited 10 minutes parked as they made our food. Then didn't to what we asked from in the order and nothing burgers. You'll be better off going into Walmart for the McDonald's

I used to work this location years ago, I know how busy it can get, I know how customers can be. HOWEVER, this does not give a staff member the right to glare at me and treat me like garbage when I have done nothing to them. This is the second time this particular employee has treated me as such, and as good as the kitchen might work to put amazing food; because of this front counter worker I will not be returning to this location if I see her inside (which is fairly frequently). I used to come here regularly for my lunch, guess I’ll have to find somewhere else, maybe the location on Lickman instead. :(

Went last night to get a fry…I pulled up, paid. Everything was good, then the lady hands me my fries with both of her hands, no bag (thank you to The City of Chilliwack stupid bag fee). Any other fast food place charges you a bag unless you say “no bag”. So now I have her dirty hands that just touch the cash, touching the side of my fries and having the fries rolling around on seat in my car. I would like A and W standards should trumps the city of Chilliwack, lame bag fee. Just another annoying experience…..
