Where did chocolate milkshakes go???? A&W has always been the classic burger joint with those fifties vibesā¦ I thought chocolate milkshakes were a given. But overall the service, atmosphere and food are great. I will still go for their superior quality burgers.

I went to A&W this afternoon for lunch and had a beyond meat burger and got supper sick throwing up everywhere. I will never eat there again. I also phoned and the gentleman was very rude and said it wasnāt the burger.

LISA W at the eagle landing location, was extremely rudeā¦ did not fix my order, said it was my fault I didnāt go over my order. I ordered a meal with onion rings and it came with fries. Not a huge deal, then just let them know to switch it. Went off and told me I had to pay for a whole order of onion rings. Very rude.

I had ordered a Nashville hot meal and asked to substitute my fries with onion rings when I received my order I had fries which is no big deal but I brought it back up to the front to correct the mistake she was so unbelievably rude about it.. Lisa Wā¦.. I understand mistakes happen but correcting it and making things better is a better power move then making your customer feel stupid..

Bought chicken tenders and fries combo. The guy charged me $20 incorrectly on the debit machine. I just saw this now on my bank statement. The staff employee did this intentionally to get money from me. Will not go back

I'm not one to leave negative complaints however we waited 10 minutes parked as they made our food. Then didn't to what we asked from in the order and nothing burgers. You'll be better off going into Walmart for the McDonald's
