Banter Ice Cream

Solid ice cream selection with decent flavours. We arrived right at opening and only waited 5 minutes, but 30 minutes later there was a line up the door. Would recommend arriving early if you do not want to wait!

Tasty ice cream

We went here after visiting the sidekick brewing as we were tempted to see everyone getting ice cream from here. Had the marble malt cookie dough in a cone and it was delicious. Highly recommend. Found it a bit overpriced. As compared to other ice cream stores.

THE BEST malted cookie dough icecream I have ever had. They have such cute merch inside too! Staff are so sweet and patient, and the interior is decorated so aesthetic:) always a huge line though!! (And for a good reason this place rocks(

I visited this ice cream store recently. While the ice cream itself was good, the staff were very impolite and unfriendly. Customer service was disappointing and made the overall experience unpleasant. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place based on how I was treated.

If you don't get your ice cream here then you are doing something wrong. It is a fairly popular place so it can get busy during rush times, but don't worry because the staff are friendly and efficient. Also totally worth it. Beautiful building. There are spots indoors to sit, but they do fill up fast. Same with the benches outside.

The ice cream is so good! And the waffle cone is the best I've ever had!

But the service was so slow. Massive lineup, with three staff but only two actually scooping/serving and one girl not doing much. Everyone in the line was pretty fed up.

I tried 3 different flavours: early grey, pear walnut and cinnamon crunch, ended up getting a kids scoop of cinnamon crunch on a waffle cone.
4/5 flavour, 5/5 waffle cone.
