When we walked in, it was busy but there were also lots of empty tables, and every single one of them had dirty dishes on them. Nobody acknowledged us, so we finally just went and sat at the bar. It drove me nuts as I kept watching to see when they were going to go clean off the tables and I saw some girl just standing around and I thought man if I ran this restaurant things would be different. The one waitress was busy and seemed to be doing everything. They really need to change something in this restaurant as it needs help ..a good management team and more servers. The food was OK but honestly, I would not be tempted to go back because the service was very poor.. and the atmosphere was not good!! I know this company owns a lot of restaurants, but I hope that they give this one a little bit more attention or it will not last.

The paid up front meal was horrible, we were still hungry ordered a pizza, it was horrible too. The place was cold, no heat. Comedians performing, unable to hear them. Felt bad for the waitress, not their fault. Poorly organized, been here a few times, each time it gets worse. Never will go again. Everyone deserves a refund for the cost of the event.

Sawdust dry and cold beef dip, chicken teriyaki bowl chicken was dry ,cold and used soya sauce instead of teriyaki, Cajun chicken was cold, dry and not favored with proper sauce, only a quick spinkle of spice. All the food was sent back.

Bad service and burned pizza. The server Brianna spoke over me as I was doing my best to let her know my pizza was not good. She then seem offended that I asked her to allow me to finish speaking. After that she didn’t want to come over to our table anymore. We sat with a full table of empties and plats of uneaten food which we paid full price for. Chilliwack Town Hall have some major staffing issues…but hey doesn’t everyone have staffing issues now so it’s ok for the bad service….right?

Things have changed here. The portions have gotten dramatically smaller. The Kettle Chips are less than half the size, $7.00 for a Pretzel??? And that is Happy Hour price! Had the mini donuts, they cut the portion size down by 30%, and the chocolate sauce was just a chocolate flavored water, diluted syrup! Very, very limited selection of beer for Happy Hour, probably the worst Happy Hour menu and pricing in the area. Used to go here often pre Covid, but won’t be back. The server was great, the only thing that made it palatable, no wonder it was dead in the place. I have no issues with prices going up, but when they are raised dramatically, quality and quantity lowered dramatically, we all have choices. This will not be one of our choices again.
