Food was absolutely horrible. My burger was overcooked and hard. My fries were cold , my wife's Alfredo was very dry and bland
The only good part was the Triple Play appetizer that was cooked great.
When I spoke to a server for ketchup upon delivery of food to table the waiter walked away and was not seen for 15 minutes , when a server finally came up the food was beyond colder

Was not impressed at all , would come here often for the appetizers for my wife's cravings. But not anymore. Literally the worst date night we have ever had in terms of service and food

Atmosphere was ok-ish
To be honest I even asked for help rectifying this with a 3rd server who decided to join the terrible service parade and she brought out a plate of fries that were almost as cold
I don't know what to say other then not impressed
Worst 80 some odd dollars I ever spent

Stars are only for ambience. Food not at all great though prices are high. Server took order once and just disappeared after that. Food took ages to come to table even when the order was very small and simple. Chicken tenders were quite hard. My daughter's cheese pizza was overdone. They didn't take one order I clearly mentioned and then it took long to come. My wife asked for extra plates and someone told her they didn't have any! One server later got them though . They just did the billing even when we were not done and then again disappeared. My daughter wanted water after meal and I had to tell her we will go home and have it because our server had just disappeared. Not going to visit this place again!

Food was lukewarm at best when it came out. Ordered ribs and hardly any BBQ sauce. When asked for more sauce, it was cold making the ribs cold. The server did replace the cold fries and cold garlic bread, but overall, not a great food experience.

Service has unfortunately disappeared at this location. Food takes forever. The waitress was nice but extremely overwhelmed. Food came out under cooked and cold. With the price of eating out these days it’s a better idea to take your hard earned money elsewhere. This was not the BP’s of old.

Honestly I don’t have anything great to say about this Boston pizza. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited for over an hour just to get a few individual pizzas and a poutine. Also didn’t get the right drink order. The servers hardly ever came over to check in and we ended up taking our food to go. I wouldn’t return to this location. This place needs a whole revamp if they wanna keep the doors open.

In town for an event. Absolutely the worst experience at a Boston Pizza. I understand being short staffed, but when a server sits us, they take a responsibility to at least serve us. Waited 35 mins and no one even bothered to take our drink order. Literally left and went to Earls. Had a drink order within 5 mins of sitting us at a table.

Skip BP- and go straight to Earls.

We have never had a worse experience at Boston Pizza than we did on Tuesday evening. When we showed up the rush had already ended, there were tons of tables and yet the host (young male) asked us to wait while he cleaned a table, acting as if all the other tables were taken when again it was NOT busy. When he finally came back he walked my spouse and I over to a table for 6… it was just the two of us and we prefer to sit in a booth but we weren’t given a choice and were told he would be right back with cutlery. He never came back even though he came into the section we were sat in a few times to chat with the few tables that were occupied. However, the worst part was the male server. Never have I EVER had such horrible service, or shall I say lack there of. We are very patient people but watching a server come in and help the other tables in his section but not greet us or come over to us even once in 20 minutes was disgusting. He brought a bill to a fellow two tables over from us and proceeded to have a conversation about his welding job that continued past him paying the bill. The table next to him then asked for their bill and asked for it to be separated. Now at this point he knew we were there, we tried waving him over and was ignored. But when he came back with the other tables bills we were thinking we were finally going to get our order taken - and again at this point we are in an oversized table with no cutlery, no drinks, not even an acknowledgement in TWENTY MINUTES. So coming back to the table of two who wanted their bills split, he had split them incorrectly and headed back to the kitchen area, again with out helping us at all. At this point we were fed up and walked out and over to Mr Mike’s across the street and had a wayyyy better experience over there where we were actually served.

Then to make things worse we tried to order Boston pizza tonight for dinner through skip the dishes since we learned we won’t get served going on. Well once again they take little to no care to ensure our entire order is in the bag before sending it out for delivery. They ALWAYS forget something. In previous attempts they have forgotten entire meals and even a medium pizza. Tonight they forgot both of our kids side dishes, giving them only a partial meal. On top of that it clearly states when you get wings you get carrots and celery. On skip the dishes it gives you a chance to opt out of the carrots and celery and I NEVER opt out yet I NEVER get my veggies. Why are you skimping on something as simple as carrots and celery?! This location seriously needs a staff overhaul because I shouldn’t have to constantly worry about them forgetting things. Do better Boston pizza you literally have a slip infront of you telling you what needs to be in the bag it shouldn’t be that hard to follow along. But from our Tuesday experience we get the impression they have no interest in repeat customers. Very disappointed considering I love a lot of their food and shouldn’t have to choose alternatives because they can’t do their basic job.

Really bad experience. I went with my family and it took ages just to get our drinks, and then even longer to get the food. My drink came with salt inside and when I told the manager, they just said “sometimes happens” like it was no big deal. The atmosphere felt unfriendly and stressful the whole time. Definitely not a place I’d go back to or recommend if you want to relax and enjoy a meal with your family.

Disappointing Dining Experience – From a Disappointed First Nation Customer

As a First Nation customer I was really disappointed with the quality for the price. The $25 beef nachos came out burnt and dry with very little beef, the Philly cheesesteak beef dip had barely any meat (mostly just the onion rings inside the sandwich), and the kids chicken strips were overcooked.

When we brought it up, the manager Aden was polite and Kim who seemed to be in charge of the kitchen said they weigh the meat It still didn’t seem right for what we received especially at these prices.

To make things worse I was told I could only finish my beer if I ordered more food. I told them I’d rather just send it back, paid the bill and threw it in the garbage on my way out. I told them I wouldn’t be returning and I meant it.

As a proud First Nation community member I always try to support local businesses but this experience was really disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes some changes.

On October 5th, 2025, at approximately 8 p.m., my in-laws went to the Boston Pizza in Chilliwack, BC for dinner with my father-in-law’s sister, whom they had not seen in over a year. They ordered food, including pizza and wings, and my father-in-law had three drinks with his meal with no drinks prior to arriving. Despite behaving appropriately and simply enjoying dinner with family, they were approached by staff and told to leave because “this isn’t a bar.”

It is very strange that a restaurant that openly serves alcoholic beverages would ask paying customers to leave for having drinks with their meal. This reasoning makes no sense and raises serious concerns about bias and inconsistency in how customers are treated. My in-laws are Indigenous, and based on how this situation unfolded, it is hard not to see this as an instance of racial profiling and discrimination rather than any genuine policy enforcement.

What makes this even worse is how the staff’s actions made them feel, as though they did not deserve to be there, did not belong, and were somehow lesser than other guests simply because of their appearance and cultural identity. They were left feeling humiliated, unwelcome, and deeply hurt by an experience that should have been simple and enjoyable.

If Boston Pizza truly believes it is not a bar, then perhaps it should stop promoting and serving alcohol altogether. Otherwise, staff should be trained in cultural safety, anti-discrimination practices, and basic human respect. This was not only unacceptable and disappointing, it was an embarrassment for Boston Pizza as a company and a sad example of how Indigenous patrons can still be treated in 2025.

I will be sharing this publicly so others are aware of how my in-laws were treated at this location. It is especially ironic that this same restaurant has a section called the “Sports Bar,” yet staff claimed “this isn’t a bar.” That contradiction only reinforces that this incident had nothing to do with policy and everything to do with prejudice.
