I don't even know where to begin to thank all of the staff. But mostly our server Louie was absolutely amazing she really catered to us it was my mother's 60th birthday tonight and they handled all of us so well all the grandkids that were screaming and running around they dealt with that really well. Just such friendly staff all around. The manager was absolutely great she was so amazing and I meant to give her the girl that did our birthday cake I gave her the wrong last name it was Haliey McPherson that did the cake for my mother.

We did take out for our staff party and they did an amazing job putting it altogether, generous portions, great food!

My friend and I came for a birthday dinner and we had a wonderful evening. The staff were awesome. We didn’t have a reservation but they made it happen as we were only 2 people. Just had a few appetizers……would definitely recommend this place for pricing, service and food quality.

Disappointed the last few times. Food is not as good as it used to be, service is slow as servers are too buay, and too many sceaming kids. The place has become too regular in all areas.

My wife and I shared our very first date here at Bozzinis! What a special time, we celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary in August, our daughter is now 18 months old! We love that the staff recognize and welcome us and get to see our baby girl growing and celebrating milestones with us. Bozzinis is our date night go-to :)

The hamburgers smelt like rancid grease. I couldn't eat mine and I could smell it immediately. Really revolting.

We also ordered potato skins that weren't very good at all, I only ate a small piece.

My partner had a burger he said also stunk and chicken wings that were soggy and didnt taste good either. And as a man, he likes all food an isn't picky at all but he didnt like this food.

The food looks amazing and that's what made us drive from Abbotsford but we will never go back.

We were celebrating my father’s 98th Birthday and Lucy and Tammy and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable evening for Dad. It was a large group and the service and food were excellent.

First time went there and my husband’s order maxican salad which took more than half an hour and was not even looks fresh. Chiken was so cold… such horrible experience, never going there again

Round and Round They Go, Where They Stop Nobody Knows

We have been here several times and I will start with the good - the food has been pretty consistently good depending what you order; highlights are things like meat adorers pizza, caesar salad (the dressing is homemade). We were not fans of the schnitzel.

We never have to wait for a table/booth more than 5 minutes, and they always treat our kids well with crayons and coloring.

Parking can be a bit dicey as the lot is shared with 2 other restaurants but usually ok.

The only issue that knocks down the rating is a weird vibe and situation we notice every time we go - if you are seated in the main area which is sort of shaped like a horseshoe, tables along the edges and window wall, there's a walkway all the way around.

We literally feel like there's a chorus line of servers or their cleanup helpers walking by us every 30 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to see if we have finished to whisk our plates away. That's not necessarily bad, but it feels like we're being stalked lol. The younger server helpers need to tone that down, and give a little more time and privacy for folks to eat and relax, I am not kidding it's literally every 30 seconds the same person keeps walking by around and around and around. So weird.

My first time at Bozzinis and what a special dining experience, totally worth the money spent! My friend is from Mexico City -and he was very impressed with food quality and ambiance!

First of all, the place is huge and much larger from inside then what you see outside. Lots of various seating sections, large in the center and more private by the windows, lots of space, including corner sections, very cosy with old style decor, we were there Monday evening and the place was full to the brim with locals, hardcore seniors, colourful local personalities and regulars.

We were soon seated in a less busy section by the windows. It was a good choice and not so noisy.

The menu is very impressive! They have loads of choices: pastas, burgers, appetisers of any kind, Schnitzels and honey garlic chicken, greek plates, italian dishes, many pizzas etc..

Our Server was sincerely friendly and professional, casual but not too chatty and the main dishes we ordered were made to perfection.

I had chicken Fetucchini Alfredo pasta and my friend ordered Alfredo with tiger prawns baked in cheese, both plates were quite large and tasted exactly like they should, delicious!
Our drinks were also very good quality.
Soup of the day was..kind of ok(not like one in Frankie's) but the main dish was very good.

Only 1 Star down from the Service part: it is very slow. Either because they are busy or maybe because its just the way they operate the buisiness and the regulars don't seem to mind.

We had to wait a while to flag down our Server and then very long time for the food (and for the bill) to arrive.Once we caught her attention she gave us excelient service but do not come to Bozzini's starving, you will likely not get served very fast.

Another positive thing worth mentioning. The prices are very adequate, really not that expensive. Its a casual dining with great food,relaxed and very cool vibe and friendly athmosphere, plus what they charge is very fair compared to finer dining places in Chilliwack.

Overall a great experience,we loved the vibe and the food : we will definitely be back again number of times!

Worst ever !! Appetizer arriving almost 45 minutes before dinner
Then I ordered lasagna baked and got spaghetti
Told manager was called no response
Total 2 hours for unsatisfactory meals
Took them in take out box and absolutely no response from manager
No apologies no compromise
