Of the 3 times we have made the error of going here since it reopened, each time has gotten progressively worse. Last night was the nail in the coffin. No one in the drive thru, 2 people inside. Our burgers were cold - cheese didn’t make an attempt to melt. Chicken fries were not only overdone, but tasted as though they had been sitting under a heat lamp since the lunch rush 8 hours prior.
Do yourself a favour - go across the street to Wendy’s instead.

I don't usually go for burger king because I don't like their food, but my friends roped me into coming to this place for whopper Wednesday. About 4 months ago I ended up waiting over 45ish minuets for my food as it seemed that they were training new people and it was during dinner rush. Food is to expensive for what it is even with the specials and discounts via app or coupons. New building looks good though.

Traveling through, placed order, since they had to make coffee, had to wait 2-3 minutes. No big deal until we got our food, the burgers were luke warm at best, fries tasted like they were fried in old oil and we realized they didn't give us our water until we were 30 kms down the hwy. Tried to call to personally provide feedback but the call was disconnected on their end after it rang forever. Would NOT recommend. Really need to be able to give 0 stars.

Extremely rude management service today, my partner took sometime in informing me of what he had wanted. Then i was rushed by the staff as there was one car approaching the window.

Hi there ,new review!!! Things have changed ...Food taste still seems to be consistant.But sadly problematic communication at the speaker ,likely due to forign influences .when will these fast food places learn that clear speaking english at the counters and drive through improves speed and accuracy of orders and less frustrated customers repeating themselves by constant repetition of orders ,they are slower to acknowledge at speaker ,every time i go through i have to park and wait eventually,they bring order to me in parking lot . sad to see they are slower ,now slower to get food and non clear english comprehending , speaking english are at helm ,,be prepared for frustrating order giving and taking so expect loooong waits ,despite food being consistant is it worth the visit ??? i dunno.. i reccomend planning for a long visit and checking order accuracy,,,not a fast food place as described!!!
