The best Chinese restaurant I'm Chilliwack that I have been to. The food is always fresh and well prepared. The portion sizes are always very generous, unlike at Capital Restauramt, and the service is also usually top notch. And one of the waitresses, Katherine, speaks Cantonese, so she is very good about customizing an order to ypur liking if that's what you need, as she can explain to the kitchen staff how you want your meal prepared.
I've been a customer of this restaurant for several years, amd can't believe it took me this long to write a review.

Very dissatisfied with the food. The chow mien was like eating tasteless spaghetti. Everything had an oily taste to it. No flavour at all. Only went there because the Capitsl was closed. Next time I’ll wait.

We were really, really disappointed. Tried for first time as recommended by two other couples. Ordered Dry garlic pork (little flavour as garlic pieces were just sprinkled on top. S&S Pork (not very flavourful at all, basically the same as the garlic ribs. U would guess both plates were cooked the same but one added garlic pieces and other just poured a bland sauce over it). Cantonese Chow Mein (Basically mixed veggies on spaghetti with no flavour). Beef Chip Suey ( good portions but little flavour). Shrimp Egg Foo Young (for my piece I took 1/4 of entree, had one minuscule piece of shrimp). Basically very bland. Will need to add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil to the left overs to bump it up. $99.50 before tax. For 5 entrees. Will go back to Capital Restaurant Chinese food. Same order would have been $85.60 before tax. Wanted to try a different place, sorry we did. Woodland Chinese food was pretty much the same as Canton Gardens. Had a hankering for Chinese food for a few weeks and this didn’t come close of satisfying us.

I went for a group dinner with my band. We've come here annually for years. The food is good, the staff are so hospitable and catering. I go with my family on occasion and we always have great service, good food and good portions.

Meh flavors. But my wife loves the gluten free Sweet and Sour Pork.
Usaly the foods is good last night it was awful order chicken wings not cook properly and order almond chicken half of it was burn

We had a CrowdStrike of 20! 10 adulte and 10 children! We had a Lovely evening to celebrate a special birthday for our daughter in Law ! Katherine - our server as so much fun and had our area so well organized with juge of pop and iced tea. A table for our food/ Birthday cake and ballions and flowers. She acvomodated all our needs do graciously❣️. We appreciated so much the pleasant supportive help and the food was Excellent ❣️. Thank you again Katherine🙏❣️

Snuck in a late night snack of wonton and lettuce wraps after a long day, staff were so welcoming, friendly and kind. Food was amazing 😍 did not disappoint !!!

We were here as part of a group of 50 to celebrate a friend's 80th birthday. We had a large banquet with room for all. The food was buffet style Chinese food. Delicious tasty food and lots of it. Service was exceptional!

Katherine was such a wonderful host for my father's 80th birthday celebration. They easily handled the 70 guests that attended and worked with all our special request for the live band and other concessions. The food was absolutely amazing and we couldn't have been happier with everything.
