Usually everything is top notch at this local chinese restaurant. And every once in a while questionable dishes.
Tonight was teppan pork, so over fried much it tasted like cardboard. It also included green onion and non visible or taste of ginger.

Orderd take out. Pickup was 20 min. Dinner for one was quite small. Husband was still hungry.
Tasted good. But only four pieces of sweet and sour pork. Was disappointing.
Horrible, Tastless chop suey, the spicy singapore noodles were bland and tastless, the honey garlic pork was hard and chewy. Never again, the worst Chinese food we have ever had and small portions for the price

Always great food
I’ve been going here for 30 years.
Used to be our favourite place.
Dining in definitely gets a larger portion than take out. We get one good meal and then try take out again and it’s just not as good.
We have stopped ordering the sweet and sour pork, it’s very consistent with the most grissley meat, I’ve every had anywhere.
Used to be so consistently good , but definitely going down hill every year.
So sad !!!

We went for an early dinner around 5pm. Capital is nothing fancy, very casual environment and waitresses give minimal (if any) service. Food was ok but nothing memorable. Like many others have mentioned... portions are very small!!

We have been coming here for years. The owners take time to talk to their customers. So much variety on the menu to choose from whatever mood you’re in. 🥡🥢
Can accommodate large groups easily. Had large group dinner and everyone commented on the variety and quality of dishes served. They were raving about the Capital prawns and Ginger Beef !

Friendly nice staff but food came out one dish at a time, long pause between. Odd.
Food tasted ok.

Normally I love it here, we come almost weekly, but tonight (Christmas Eve) I was met with the rudest service I have ever received. Wanted to place a to go order, was told I could not. This was after trying for over an hour to call, they turned the phone off saying they were too busy. I can understand being too busy but when a customer comes to the restaurant they should not be greeted in such a manner. Long story short waited for a table and ate in with a to go order to go.

Such bullshit won't even answer Their phone
I go to this restaurant regularly, but usually eat in.
I have got pick up twice now and both times the portions are way smaller than when you eat in. I got the lemon chicken and the whole bottom of the container was full of lettuce with not even a full chicken breast laid across the top with three lemons there was only enough chicken to feed two small kids. I spent $127 and that was not enough to feed the family. They definitely rip you off when you do takeout.

I am from Chilliwack and have been eating here for years. It never disappoints. The staple for every meal is the Lettuce wrap and Capital prawns. The Singapore seafood dish is delicious.
