The tables weren't cleaned and we had to ask for them to clean a table. Food was OK, it's a fast food joint.
Washroom was pretty dirty for both men and women's.

Waited almost 30 mins in drivethru just for us to have to drive away because they didn’t say anything about machines being down and cash only and woman working just gave us a blank look when we said we don’t carry cash and offered no solutions or anything for the inconvenience

Burger would have been decent if it was hot. This is the 2nd time my burger at the drive through has been cold and both times no napkins. For $10 a burger I expect it to at minimum be warm and come with a couple napkins. From here on out I will go elsewhere.

wait time was unusually long for fast food, but the restaurant was fairly clean and the workers were nice.

it was a little odd having the lettuce on the bottom of the burger… caused the pattu to slide off all the time and madr eating a mess.

i ordered a burger meal and a poutine but they forgot my fries for the burger meal. maybe i was confusing and they thought i wanted poutinr seperate? but i still paid for both so…

I got the super star burger with cheese combo.( has two patties) When I got back to work to open it up I got a single patty with a bunch of flat toppings. It was yummy but not what I paid $15 for!

Terribly small portions. My chicken strips were nugget size. The container of BBQ sauce wasn't even half full. So stingy! Very disappointed

Burgers taste like they are reheating cooked patties. Tried 2 months apart to give a chance, but same gross overcooked/reheated taste. Won't be back.
