Hot chicken was tasty for the most part 3. 3 piece meals 1 of mine n 1 of dad's was over done dry n hard didn't eat it N our mashed potatoes was barely Luke warm There was not enough chicken for all 3. 3 piece combos so they gave extra biscuits So that atleast was nice of the staff

I came in to get some grub after work at around 7 pm and they had nothing left and it looked like they where packed up ready to leave with 2 hours left on there shift almost everything on the menu wasn’t available besides a couple of pieces of original chicken and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude

We do not live anywhere close to this location; however, since receiving our first order from this location a couple years back, we have made a point to return to this specific location anytime we pass nearby. The food quality and absolutely fantastic customer service make this location the crown jewel of the Canadian arm of this franchise. Harpreet was the staff member, according to our slip, and knew that we were traveling a great distance. As such, she made fresh chicken and biscuits for our order. She is very kind and considerate... something that is very often laking in customer service, nowadays. Her attitude, genuineness and care for both customer, and her franchise, is exemplary.
