I have gone here before and had super service, until today. I was there around 330-400 ish. He was not pleasant or inviting, and the older lady just ignored me. I simply asked for 5 pieces of white meat. He told me there was 4 or eight pieces and when i was asking how much extra he said it would be alot more and that was it. He wouldnt look at me which i found rude and I felt intimidated there. It was awful. I will not go back.
Ripped off!! First off we only got 3 of the 4 biscuits and he asked if that was ok. I said we wanted the 4th biscuit and he tried to pawn an extra piece of chicken. We had a group of 4 so I asked for the 4th biscuit, he walked to the back and conspicuously put the 4th biscuit in our bag, half hidden behind a door. We got back to the house and they only gave us 9/10 jalapeno poppers. The chicken was cold and crumbly, the store was freezing cold inside and one of the guys was literally watching his phone while filling the boxes with food.

First time there. Maybe a bad day? Waited in an empty restaurant for 6 minutes to order 3 tenders. Waited another 5. Got 3 tiny near cold tenders so took to counter to ask for new to only them refied to which I could barf because I had taken a bite and they used the oil so how often do they do this? Wow. Yikes is more like it!

the service was super slow! three people were working but in reality it was only the one lady actually doing anything. the chicken had obviously been sitting there under that heater forever and did not look great. after reheating it was yummy, as church’s always is. but this is still probably the worst service and atmosphere i’ve experienced at one of these stores.

Absolutely do not recommend this location go to the other one if u want fresh. Got home which is 2 mins away from here and my chicken was dry and way over cooked clearly sat out for a few to many hours. Unacceptable!!!!

I did tried to call the store over 13 times but no one answered. Well, I don't know how to contact them to order by phone. When I came to the store and asked the staff about the issue, he answered me that I call the wrong number but it's not true. Seems they turned off the phone bcoz I called the the number when I was in the store and he could see the incoming call but he denied that he didn't. Well, the number on the screenshot is actually the right phone number of the store.
